An all vegetable pan release oil for bread and yeast-raised products.

  • Ideal for all bread and yeast-raised products including sweet goods.
  • High smoke point.
  • Totally excludes mineral oils from baking process.

A higher concentration of release agents for harder to release applications.

A homogenized blend of soybean oil, starch, cottonseed flakes designed to release high sugar ratio cake and muffin batters.

  • Allows greasing pans hours before depositing batter.
  • High in viscosity.
  • Kosher Pareve.

Bak-klene Cake Masters

A homogenized blend of soybean oil, starch and flavor for high sugar ratio cake and muffin formula. Also available in a gluten free formula.

  • Excellent for high-sugar cake or muffin formulas.
  • Mix prior to use.
  • Batter should be deposited no more than 30 minutes after greasing.
  • Low in viscosity for application with brush to eliminate fry lines.
  • Kosher Pareve.

Bake-Sheen® Glaze Adherent

An egg wash substitute for all baked goods where a shine is desired. A water-based emulsion with a modified food starch. Contains no eggs - no salmonella risk.

  • Needs no mixing, apply after bake for optimum shine (pies, bread, croissants, etc.).
  • No refrigeration, shelf stable for one year.
  • Tacking agent to adhere seeds to baked goods.
  • Apply after baking while product is warm.
  • DO NOT FREEZE.
  • Kosher Pareve.

Bake-Sheen® LV Glaze Adherent

Lower viscosity formula for easier spray application.

  • Water based emulsion with modified food starch.
